REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – Smart CONNECT QR

1. No Refund Policy (Digital Product)

Smart CONNECT QR contains digital activation, dashboard setup, and custom QR generation.
Once the QR is generated or activated, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

This includes cases where:

  • Customer changes their mind

  • Customer enters wrong business details

  • Google listing issues arise

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Customer does not use the product

  • Customer expected guaranteed reviews (not possible)


2. Refunds Allowed Only in These Cases

Refunds may be provided only if:

A. Duplicate Payment

If a customer accidentally pays twice for the same order.

B. Order Not Activated

If your digital QR is not activated within 48 hours of a successful payment.

C. Technical Error

If there is a system failure from our end preventing use of the service, and we cannot resolve it within 72 hours.

Refunds are issued back to the same payment method within 7–10 working days.


3. Replacement Policy

We will replace the physical kit free of cost if:

  • Standee is delivered in damaged condition

  • NFC card is non-functional

  • Misprint or wrong design (our mistake)

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.


4. Cancellation Policy

You cannot cancel the order after:

  • Payment has been made

  • QR Code is generated

  • Dashboard is activated

Cancellations before QR activation may be considered only in rare cases.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • Customer wants features not included in their plan

  • Customer faces issues with their own Google Business Profile

  • Customer misplaces or damages the standee/NFC card

  • Customer fails to follow instructions

  • Reviews do not increase as expected

Smart CONNECT QR is a tool—not a guarantee of reviews or ranking.


6. How to Request a Refund

Email your request to:

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Registered phone number

  • Payment receipt

  • Reason for refund

  • Photo/video evidence (if applicable)


7. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Digital QR Delivery: 30–45 minutes

  • Physical Kit Delivery: 4–6 business days
    Delays due to courier partners, holidays, or regional restrictions do not qualify for refunds.
