Terms & Conditions – Smart CONNECT QR

1. Introduction

Welcome to Smart CONNECT QR, a digital review-generation and customer engagement solution offered by Technolite Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
By purchasing, accessing, or using Smart CONNECT QR (including the digital QR, AI suggestions, dashboard access, standee, NFC card, or any related service), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Product Description

Smart CONNECT QR includes:

  • AI-powered Review QR Code

  • Digital dashboard access

  • AI auto-reply for Google reviews (Plus plan)

  • SEO-friendly ready-made review suggestions

  • Free NFC card (where applicable)

  • Physical standee delivery (as per selected plan)

  • Customer support (phone & WhatsApp)

The features may evolve based on product updates or improvements.

3. Subscription & Validity

Smart CONNECT QR is a subscription-based product with the following validities:

  • 1 Year

  • 3 Years

  • Lifetime (as per plan description)

Subscription validity begins immediately after successful payment.

Each subscription includes dashboard access and associated features for the duration of the selected plan.

4. Usage Limitations

By using the Smart CONNECT QR service, you agree to:

  • Use the QR code solely for your own business.

  • Not duplicate, sell, or resell the QR code or dashboard access.

  • Not misuse the AI suggestions or Google review systems.

  • Not engage in any fraudulent or misleading review collection practices.

  • User need to Change their password after first login

Your Google listing must comply with Google’s Review Policies at all times.

5. Delivery Timelines

  • Digital Smart QR Copy: Sent within 30–60 minutes after payment.

  • Physical Kit (Standee + NFC Card): Delivered within 4–6 business working days via courier.
    Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the product (digital activation + printed assets), refunds are not available once the QR code is issued.

Refunds will NOT be provided in cases of:

  • Customer changing their mind

  • Incorrect business details provided by customer

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Improper use or mishandling of the physical standee/NFC card

  • Google listing issues unrelated to our product

Refunds are only available if:

  • Duplicate payment has been made

  • Order was not activated within 48 hours of payment (rare cases)

All refund requests must be submitted via support@connectitapp.in within 3 days of purchase.

7. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement only in cases of:

  • Damaged standee delivered

  • Misprinted standee (error from our side)

  • Non-functional NFC card
    Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

8. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing correct business details

  • Maintaining access to your Google Business Profile

  • Complying with all Google policies regarding review collection

  • Ensuring proper placement/use of the QR standee and NFC card

  • Using the dashboard responsibly without sharing login access

9. Data & Privacy

We collect only essential information such as:

  • Business name

  • Google review link

  • Contact details

  • Delivery address

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except for delivery partners and technical integrations required to operate the service.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, QR formats, AI suggestion systems, written content, product branding, and dashboard technologies belong to:

Technolite Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Copying, cloning, or selling any part of the product is strictly prohibited.

11. Liability Limitations

Smart CONNECT QR is a tool designed to simplify review generation. We cannot guarantee:

  • Specific review count

  • Ranking positions on Google Maps

  • Customer behavior or response rate

  • Increase in business inquiries or revenue

Business results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for:

  • Google policy changes

  • Suspension of Google Business Profile

  • Loss of access or incorrect permissions on your Google listing

12. Service Suspension

Your service may be suspended without refund if:

  • Misuse, fraud, or illegal activity is detected

  • Login credentials are shared publicly

  • Attempts to manipulate reviews artificially

  • Abusive behavior towards support staff

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
